Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
    Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, and customized orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  3. Exchange Policy
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement of the same item (subject to availability). If the item is not available, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

  4. Refund Policy
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. In case of COD orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Suvesha will bear the return shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (no longer needed, ordered by mistake, etc.), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

    Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
